Aunt Dorothy always made our visit to the beach house special. She was a kind and gentle woman and will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with Jay and the rest of the family.

Rest in peace
Ellen

The world has lost a truly beautiful person. May she be at peace.

In memory of Dorothy Rose Totten

Love...Ronnie

Aunt Dorothy was gentle and kind. I remember, clearly, a day she invited my sister, Ellen, and I to go crabbing. Aunt Dorothy rowing along the river and teaching two very little girls about her peaceful hobby. Still vivid , more than 50 years later .May she rest in peace.

Aunt Dorothy will be remembered in my heart as a beautiful woman who was one of a few who took me in as family.
I will always cherish the times we spent together at the beach in a small wooden row boat quitely slipping from cove to cove catching soft shell crabs in the high marsh grasses and just talking.
Rest in peace Aunt Dorothy.
Love,
Ronnie

I will miss my Aunt Dorothy very much. She was a very loving and caring person who also loved cats like I do. We had lots of fun at the beach house when I grew up. She always cared about how everyone in the family was doing.

Aunt Dorothy has always been a loving and wonderful aunt to my family. She loved cats too. We will miss her very much.
