Not sure what to say?

Iust loved Dorothy-her flair of life in her attire and decoratingand just living. So many memories and happy thoughts. She could not have loved her daughter more and always so proud of her accomplishments. Dorothy was a special lady in her time!

Cindy,
We go back many, many years & I will
always remember your parents & the
pretty white house on the corner.
There are many happy memories of our
time in Syracuse.
Love,
Di

Dear Cindy,
I knew Dorothy as a beautifully pulled together lady, and she was fun, especially when she played your favortie tune. I looked forward to her visits to you in Ca. as I was living there at that time.
Love, Merle

Dear Cindy: Sorry for the delay but did not have access to computer. Saw Sharon today and she reminded me to write you. As you know, your Mom was one of my favorite people from the Valley. She was so gracious and sincere whenever our paths crossed. Ironically, my oldest granddaughter is thinking of attending Colby. My love to you and yours and know that I think of you often and with wonderful memories. Stay well and will try and see you before you go back out West. Love ya, Brenda Jakes...

Dear Cindy,I am really sorry for the loss of your Mother. I have found it very difficult to express how badly I feel. Your Mom represented a direct link to my own personal history and the blending of our families. I still expect to see Mrs. Van when I go to visit my Mom and then remember she has'nt been there for a while. The realization always makes me so sad. Your Mom reminds me of so many memories. Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, The 4th of July and every other holiday when she was'nt with...

Oh the days of your Mom playing the piano at 1300 Valley Dr. The days of picnics at Bridgeport on Oneida lake. Alice, Omar, Dorothy, Jerry and later Van. These are the memories that keep us going. The Harrison Helme family loved your Mom as did I. We had some wonderful times to keep in our memory book, Cindy. My sympathy is with you all. Anne Helme McNamara

Love to you, dear friend, Cindy

Cindy, I said I would write tonight and here I am! These are my thoughts on the loss of your Mom.She will always be remember by me. When I think of her, as often I do, these are some of the things that come to mind. A smiling, warm face. Blonde hair, always in place. Laughter, oh yes, that wonderful laugh with twinkling blue eyes. Good words of advise about lifes path, full of concern and wise. Hot, small biscuits so yummy and good. Why didn't I ask for the secret when I could? I miss your...

Cindy,
Your mom was a legend in her own time. She had style that was to be envyed and emulated. Her sense of humor was a hoot and we had so many laughs together. I learned so many things from her, too numerous to mention, but will never be forgotten. I know how much you will miss her. I will too. My love to you and all of your family.
