Not sure what to say?

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

I remember Mrs. Whitaker from 3rd grade. she was always kind and had a big smile on her face. May she rest in peace.

DJ was a kind person. We all served together at Corinthian Baptist Church at one time. We shall continue to lift her family in prayer. Issac "Tee" & Brenda Tolliver Shreveport, Louisiana

You are missed DJ. It is my prayer that you are resting in our Heavenly Father's arms.

I grew up in Corinthian Baptist Church and have known Dorothy since I was young. She was a good friend of my family and married into my family. I´m sorry to hear of her passing and send condolences. Rest well Dorothy, you will be missed.

Dorothy always had a smile and a laugh to offer staff members and parents who came to visit her class at the old Badger Elementary. She served so many students in her years teaching in her 3rd grade classroom. She was a very dedicated and professional teacher respected by her peers. We appreciated her willingness to help with piano accompaniments for many assemblies. God Bless you Dorothy!

Rest now from all your hard work. God is waiting . Blessing to all who knew you. Amen

I had the privilege of teaching with Dorothy at Badger Road School. She was a dedicated teacher who was skilled in working with children. She took care of all their needs. I was lucky to participate in sing alongs with her. Her piano playing and her voice added so much to the final product. She also had a great sense of humor!

I also knew Dorothy from her years at Badger Road. She really cared for her students, and was so calm and quiet in her guidance. What I remember most is her beautiful, from-the -heart smile. I also remember her musical talent. I saw her off and on through the years sharing that skill. A private, talented, caring person who will be remembered.
