Not sure what to say?

I am so sad to hear of our collective great loss. For Kellie, Derek, Dausha and the rest of the Wheeler family, my heart is with you all. Dorsey was one of my favorite people. He was so nice to me...always. We had some great laughs and I truly enjoyed being around such an inspiring, friendly, sincere and hardworking man. Thank you for sharing Dorsey with us all.

Single Memorial Tree

My parents, Hutch and Maurine Hutchings, both now deceased, loved dancing to the music of Dorsey and Kellie and were very fond of both of them. Dorsey and Kellie provided many years of enjoyment for my parents. Debbie (Hutchings) Barnes

As a member of Weber State University´s extended family, friends and associates will miss him. I´m so sorry to read about Dorsey´s passing. He was a very kind man and of course very talented. I´m so sorry about your loss. He gave the gift of music to so many over the years, but most of all to his children who can carry on his songs! He would be happy to know that I am now a member of the church.

My condolences to his family. I used to babysit the children when mom and dad played in their band on the weekends! Great memories of his cute kids and lovely wife. Please take care as you say goodbye for a while.

I'm in shock with total sadness. I can only imagine how your absence hits those closest to you. Selfishly, I'm sad for myself that I no longer get to witness the childlike wonder you still retained and also your generosity and hospitality.

Dorsey, you gave the gift of music to people everywhere. You were a fount of knowledge when it came to sound, and I am lucky to have received even a portion of that knowledge from your instruction. You were a champion and a businessman like none other. I'll miss you, and always credit so much of my happiness in life to you.
