Not sure what to say?

We had so many happy times together - four couples. I miss those years!!

I still think of all the good times we had with Dorothea and Merle! She was an excellent hostess and such a fun character!! I loved her humor -- wish I could turn the clock back!!!

I miss Dorothea ! She was one of the most humorous and classy women I have known! We did a lot of world travel with Merle and Dot. We had lots of dinners together in our homes! There was always lots of laughter so lots of wonderful memories were made!

We will always treasure our memories of Dorthea and Merle and how they welcomed us to Portland and OHSU in 1984. Dorthea spread her caring and energy wherever she went. She was a role model for positive aging. She will be missed by so many whose lives she touched.

Dear Gay, Paul and Jan: Your mother was such a delightful woman. So full of life! I enjoyed her friendship during medical alliance meetings and county events. I send you my sympathies.

We were a group of four couples who re nted a van and traveled through italy and Spain and several cruises. Dot and Merle were dauntless and innovative.
We will miss her!

I was saddened to hear of Dorothea's passing. She and Merle meant a great deal to me as friends and mentors. I miss them both and know you do too.

Sorry to read about your mother. I think about your family whenever I dirve through Shewood.
