Not sure what to say?

I have oh so many memories of Dottie while growing up with Dan, Connie, Jim and Joyce, going to school and church with them, and sharing fun family times at Gull Lake! I always had fun while being at their home...Dottie seemed to be unphased by the activity, noise and chaos seven of us could create in her home. We DID have fun! The Big Ski was always a highlight that both of our mom's loved to coordinate. I also remember how generous the Gordon's were in giving to organizations,...

I will never forget the joy-filled memories that are mine of Paul and Dottie Gordon. So many times-and in so many ways they both gave of themselves to me as a young teenager and then into my years as a young husband and family man. They strongly supported me as a leader in the AWANA youth program at Berean Baptist Baptist Church, often giving of themselves to bring excitement and enthusiasm in support of both leaders and kids. Awesome memories for me personally that will always remain in...

i so enjoyed being with Dottie over lunch and at special church events. She was a very fun friend and I look forward to being with her again in Heaven forever!

So many wonderful memories. One in particular, I knocked at the door during the Gordon dinner. Your mom answered the door and asked why I would knock when you were obviously having dinner. I apologized explaining I had ridden my bike instead of cutting through the yard. She immediately invited me in to tell everyone I had learned to ride my bike. Wonderful lady! Always gracious and kind.

Dear Dan, Connie, Jim & Joyce, "Aunt" Dottie was just the best! I have such wonderful memories of outings with your family, Gull Lake activities, Ladies´ Days, sweet hugs from Dottie and watching our parents´ friendship grow over the years. Your mom was everything stated in the well-written obituary. I loved this strong Christian woman who was a great example to me personally. Our heartfelt sympathy, love and prayers...Bonnie & Tom

Hi Jim and Bonnie. What special memories are mine of your mom and dad-starting when l was in high school and attended young people´s at Berean. As l look back, Paul and Dottie were active in giving us kids guidance and great outings to enrich our lives as our youth sponsors-memory on top of memory of their willingness to share themselves with us and build Christian values into our sometimes reckless lives. Your folks gave of themselves in many ways wherever God gave them opportunity. Such...

We thought so highly of "Mrs. G." She was a classy lady even into her 90's, and loved God and our church, Berean Baptist. She was a blessing to many, and we miss her.

Dottie was a beautiful, wonderful person. We are all better for knowing her. She is with God.

What a testimony the obituary was! Thank You Lord for how You utilized Mrs. Gordon's life in Your Kingdom! Lord in Your Name please comfort the Gordon Family with your presence and peace!
