Not sure what to say?

Dottie was my daughter Lisa´s dance teacher. Lisa loved Dottie and Dottie loved Lisa. After Lisa´s death Dottie was a rock for me. A best friend. Her support during that time will never be forgotten by me. Her memory is a blessing.

I met Dottie when Ervin Lesser hired her to choreograph his annual Stage Show productions at Oregon City High School. I was a Dancing Majorette and enjoyed learning new routines from Dottie. We all loved Dottie! She holds a special place in my heart.

I was looking up another person, and found the obit for Dottie Wheeler! A big loss to our grand theater crowd in the day.... We worked together on a few theatrical ventures at Portland Civic Theatre-now long gone-but one of two major ones in the Portland area, back in the day!! Anyway, as I was going through the obit memories, and up popped the photo of all the `girls´ and Dottie, in Some Like it Hot (I think) I am on her right side, blond, second from bottom)! Those were the days!!! ...

Dottie was a fabulous friend of Lakewood Theatre Company in Lake Oswego. she will be greatly missed!

My first tap teacher. Loved her energy!

Dottie was my first cousin . I thought it was so cool when I was 9 years old that the sexy lady in the car commercial dancing to The Alley Cat song was MY cousin . Dottie was there for me when I felt lonely , discouraged , happy and jubilant . She was my constant supporter and ego- bolsterer. My Dad Vic Nudelman was her favorite uncle . She was my connection to the Nudelman- Fields family . She was just always there , a phone call away . She and were quite different , but we shared what it...

I knew Dottie through her work in my 2nd grade classroom at Templeton Elementary in Tigard. She came in to volunteer and landed in my classroom! For several years she came in regularly to read with the kids, help with art projects, or just give her heart to children who needed it and they (along with myself) will be forever touch by her kindness, generosity, and spirit. You are missed and remembered!

Colorful, passionate, loving, giving, and caring dancer, artist, second grandmother to my children. my neighbor, my friend. So grateful I got to see you in PS just a few short months ago.
One of my favorite memories: you asked to borrow a book with Minnie Mouse, of course I said, and off you went. Some time later you brought it back and asked if I'd like to see what you did with it. I figured you had made a sweatshirt or tshirt for Jordan or Jacob. But no, you dropped trou in my foyer to...

What a great entertainer. I loved doing shows with Dottie. She was a real pro and a wonderful person.
