My childhood home was directly across from the the Beatons. I will never forget the roar of Doug´s blue chevelle. He always had a hello for myself and my two brothers. I am so sorry for your loss.

I worked with Dougie in the GMC Truck Plant in the 70's. His family went to the same school my children went to in Oshawa. He was a happy, respectful, wonderful young man, who left a lasting impression on myself & my family. My family sends our sincere condolences to his wife & family.
