Dear Clara, I also miss my friend Doug and his genius for business. His concept for Doug's The Workingman's Tavern, Doug's Fish Fry and his Ale House. As a young man coming out of a poker at Carrier Corp and his previous stint drawing draft beers in downtown Syracuse for McCarthy's he created an empire. All while he never changed as a fine, nice, gentleman. And the beer glass he designed with the globe on the back of a woman. Creative mind, great business acumen and a wonderful family man...
