Not sure what to say?

I met Doug and his wife only once in my life but it was enough to show me what a wonderful musician and human being he really was. At first I didn't realize who he was and our conversation quickly turned to music. He showed me a belt buckle he was wearing and said he picked it up when he was on tour. I asked "on tour"? His songs always tore at my heart. My favorite is Lonely Boy. I love his voice and was so sorry to hear of his death today July 6 2024 on BBC Radio 2. May you rest in peace Doug as your music will live on forever.
