Doug JR and Phyllis...I am Shawn McShane....I met Doug at Peat Marwick Mitchell in 1978, and worked with him for many years. Very, VERY sorry to hear of his passing away. He was well loved by all who knew him. As a heads up....you guys will see many PMM&CO alumni this afternoon: I will be solo as my wife is in a care home, dying of ALZ.
