Not sure what to say?

My heart goes out to his family at this sad time. Doug was an old friend from Sipp School. He will be missed.

I worked with Doug for the past year and found him to be a pleasant, kind and thoughtful man. May your thoughts of him be as warm as mine. God's blessings be with you.

I met Doug through friends from high school. We immediately became friends. He nicknamed me Howie. Doug is one of the kindest, most joyful people I ever met. He has a large love for life, friends, and helping others. Its been over 25 years since I last saw Doug, be he is always alive in my heart.
I love you Chief!

I was also fortunate to have known this very upbeat guy.I worked with Doug for a short time at Kroger and over the years saw him there long after I had left.
His enthusiasm for life was contagious.
I use to ask,"What kind of vitamins do you take?" Doug would wink and smile at me saying,"I'll never tell darling!"
We all can learn from what he brought to life.
Thank-you Doug,I did.
God Bless all your loved ones. I feel blessed to have had the chance to know you.
...

To the girls and family:
Doug was my friend and the man I loved enough to marry. He will be always missed and thought of. I am thankful that he was provided to this life to give Becky and Ashley to the planet.

I went to high school with Doug, and he always had a friendly smile and hello for everyone. My sympathy goes out to his family. Rest in peace Doug.

Woofer....May you rest in peace brother.....I have a lifetime of memories of the times we spent together that I will carry with me the rest of my life... Thanks for those times.. Love yeah like a brother....

I took care of Doug when he went through some of his treatments. He was such a great person to get to know and was always to very appreciative of all the care he received. God Bless him and his family.

I worked with Doug at Krogers and taught his daughters at the YWCA. Doug could always make you smile no matter what kind of day you were having. I am sure he is in Heaven making the angels smile. My thoughts and prayers go out to his beautiful girls and all his family and friends. God be with you, Doug.
