I think of you almost every day DOUG, you brought such joy to everybody´s lives that you touched, I miss your smile. I miss your sense of humor. I miss you just being you, rest in peace my friend one day we will all be together. Love you now and always.

Doug, even though you barely knew me, you always made me feel important. Rest in peace.

Doug will truly be missed!! The funeral is at Saint Augustine´s church this coming Sunday, September 29. Rosary at noon, Funeral mass at 12:30 with reception to follow.

I did not have the honor of knowing Doug personally, but heard about him through my brother, Ron Lackey, who recently married Marilee Simpson. I´m sorry I did not meet Doug. A man is not loved so well for nothing. Doug was obviously a man of great integrity and love. May he Rest In Peace with God.

Thank you DOUG for being a wonderful friend And an inspiration of how to be a better person, I will miss your friendship, your sense of humor, your quick wit. I feel so blessed to have had you in my life, I´ll never forget you God bless you and PATTI and your entire family

Doug's Friend, Len, could not have said it any better. Doug was a "Good Guy" from the Day we met Him, & showed us All how to Shine in the face of adversity. Shine On, our Friend!
