I was a childhood friend of Doug, He was a great friend. I'm shocked of is passing.

I was shocked and saddened by Doug's passing, I worked with him for several years at the SEC. He was kind and thoughtful person and will truly be missed. May God keep you and continue to bless you and give you strength.

Doug was a wonderful colleague, and he will truly be missed! My deepest condolences for your loss.

I was shocked and saddened by Doug's untimely passing. I worked with Doug all of his years at the SEC until my retirement in July of this year. He was always a class act who will be missed by me the SEC and of course you his family. My deepest condolences. I intented to tell you this at his church services but did not get the chance. May God bring comfort and healing as you fondly remember and celebrate his life.

I was shocked and overwhelmed with grief when I heard of Doug's passing. Doug was my manager during my first eight years with the SEC. He was a great manager. He was very diligent, thoughtful, and hardworking. I learned so much from him. I will miss him. May God continue to comfort you during this very difficult time.

It was a pleasure to work with Doug during the past fifteen years. My fond memories of Doug reveal a dediciated professional whose primary mission at the SEC was to protect the investing public. Also, Doug mentored his staff in a caring and thoughtul manner in pursuing our common mission. Doug will be missed at the SEC but he has left a positive and lasting legacy here. My thoughts and prayers are with you at the passing of Doug.
