Not sure what to say?

Another year has come and gone. I miss you my friend. A day doesn´t go by that I don´t think of you. Jeff is restoring your Tii. It´s gonna be beautiful you´d be proud of us.

I think of you every day. I miss you so much. I think often of our adventures, all the times we spent at the track. I love you man.

I miss you so much. I miss coming over to talk about racing and motorcycles. The days happening. It's been almost a year. I still think of you daily. You have left a big hole in my life. I really miss you when I go out to the track. All the time we spent out there. Some of the best times of my life. You helped become a racecar drive. I love you mann......

You friend Tim van Veen

Had some good times down by the Flats. Went froggin in some ponds and a few boat trips across the river to The Oaks. Thanks for tthe good times together.

Doug and I were co workers, He was so knowledgeable about everything!
I will never forget the time he took my son and I for a ride in the white M3 right after he bought it! He was a stand up individual!
We will all miss him!
Rest in peace Goug, as my boys called him when they were young.

Dear Dory, I got the pleasure of knowing Doug in Water aerobics at Mt Hood Athletic Club and we had some good times! He will be remembered for his sense of humor and his playfulness! I have known you Dory since grade school and you were a wonderful couple! My heart and prayers go out to you and the family! You were a wonderful wife and companion, so remember the good times! Love you always Joanne and Terry Ramseth

Doug loved to talk with people on politics, motorcycles and model railroading. You and Dori were great companions on the trips we took to Puget Sound, Hawaii, Alaska, and Palm Springs. We also spent many sunny days crusing the Wilamette in your motorboat. Rest in Peace.

Doug, I remember the years that the five of us; you, Dory, KC, Terry, and I rode our BMWs all over the northwest and even up into Canada. You were an inspiration to me as I was learning to "ride with the boys." I loved all the riding, wrenching, eating, and camping. Remember when we searched for a hot spring near Ukiah? We finally found it, but it was more of a swamp and it was barely lukewarm. You and I got into it anyway, just because we had searched so long to find it. Another time...

My condolences to the Barbour family, May the assurance at Psalm 29:11be some comfort to the family at this very difficult time.
