May God bless you and I will always have fond memories of Doug as a small boy.

Doug was a fun neighbor, a great classmate, but most of all a wonderful friend. He was always happy and smiling and training like crazy to be a great wrestler. We will always treasure our memories of him. We are deeply sorry for your loss.

Memories of my childhood have been running through my mind since I heard of my Uncle Doug's passing. I remember Christmas Eve's where our family would be together until 2 in the morning playing games. I remember calling Doug and Steph's house and hearing their message on their answering machine when they weren't home. And I remember Doug always teasing me, teaching me to laugh at myself. I'm going to miss you, Uncle, and I'll always remember you.

I am so Sorry to hear about Doug's struggle with cancer. Carlos and I send our sincere sympathy.

The world has lost a father, husband, brother, son and a trucking industry pioneer and visionary. Douglas Bench of Blackfoot, ID on January 18, 2013 after a courageous fight with cancer.
