soooo sorry to hear about Doug's passing. enjoyed being a teammate and a friend . a very unique guy... RIP

Doug was a sport hero and an all around good guy from St.Mary's School to Hackettstown High School. Having grown up a couple years behind him he seemed to me a super star! (along with the fact my uncle was the football coach at the time and usually concurred when he spoke of Doug). Although we explored different colleges and lived in different places overtime, I never forgot his name or accomplishments.

Please accept my condolences for Doug's passing. He was an outstanding person who accomplished and humble. It was my honor to have known him. God bless Doug!

I'm sorry to hear about Doug's passing. At times we were classmates, teammates, and competitors, but always friends from midgets through college. He was top notch. My condolences to his family.

Condolences to the entire family. No single athlete I ever saw was as remarkable in three sports. And no single athlete I ever spoke to was more humble. RIP Doug Blake, you will be missed.
