Not sure what to say?

Linda,Justin and Amanda,
We were sad to hear of Doug's illness and death. He was a friendly and warm person who I enjoyed seeing when he picked Amanda up from Girl Scouts. Doug took our daughter fishing when she and Amanda were very young. Lucy still remembers that day as one of her most pleasant fishing experiences. Each of you are in our thoughts and prayers.
Love,

My Prayers and Blessings are with the family.

My thoughts are with your family

We almost got Doug to go with the fraternity group to Vegas recently. We all wanted to see him. Pam and I still have the oil painting he did for our first apartment. He helped me through my photography class at Bowling Green and we shared great times throughout our college days. You will be missed.

I will always remember Doug with a great warmth and love in my heart. My memories of him and my deceased husband Kris laughing together and sharing their love of The Steelers will always bring a smile. For a time life did revolve around the football schedule and when Doug could come over. In the world there truly are a very few really good men and I believe two of the best are together again looking forward to the next NFL season. They both want us to go on with our lives and be happy. ...

The Blough Families,
Sandy and I had the honor of working with Doug at GMDC. His sense of fairness, compassion, and his love of life inspired all of the people he worked with. He will be missed, but the positive memories of his good works will sustain us and improve our lives.

I met Doug about 10 years ago...the first real cowboy I ever met.
Big, Funny, Generous, Honest, Warm and a man who shook your hand firmly and looked you in the eye...a smashing American bloke!

My thoughts are with his friends and family at this time.
