Not sure what to say?

Doug and I had a case together a few years ago and he was one of the most honorable attorneys I have had the pleasure of working with. He was the epitome of class and professionalism. His word was his bond. I was greatly saddened to learn of his passing. My condolences to his wife Carol and his family.

When I was a young boy, Christmas was always a great fun time to travel and be with family. Uncle Doug's easy going manner, great sense of humor and hospitality was a major part in these get togethers. I will always cherish these memories. Uncle Doug, we will always love you!

We were lucky to work with Doug Brown over 20 years. He had utmost dedication and was such a thoughtful, kind, humble human. Doug will be forever appreciated. Prayers for Carol and the family.

What a wonderful and uplifting service yesterday for our friend of 45 years, Doug Brown. He will be missed. Much love to the family.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. It was always a pleasure working with Doug and he will be missed.

A mentor and friend for these 35 years who showed me in word and how to practice civil law. A kind and gentle man.

The family has been in my heart over the past week. What a special man Doug was. My husband and I were honored to share some happy times with he and Carol. He always made us laugh. One of my fondest memories is a time we shared at the Trial Academy mentioned in these messages. Carol knows the story. We always re-visited it when we were together. I will miss him dearly. One of the kindest people I have ever known. You all will remain in our prayers.

I worked with Doug for over 20 years, first as his adversary, and then as a mediator. I have always told everyone and anyone that Doug is THE consummate Southern gentleman. It was truly a privilege to know him. Doug will be sorely missed.
