Read MoreI am sister to Jeanne Miller and met Mr. Bugbee by getting to know him at the dining room table with our mother, Annamay. I loved the twinkle he'd get in his eye when the ladies teased him. We talked about Columbus when I'd come back from a visit with my daughter there. Mr. Bugbee was a delightful gentleman and he will be missed in my visits to SAAL.

I was fortunate to meet Doug and get to know him because he shared a table in the dining room with my mother at the Spring Arbor Assisted Living. He had a great sense of humor putting up with the three women he ate his meals with. Vera would always tell him she loved him as a friend and my mother would pat him on the head when she walked by. He always had a smile on his face. I know he had a sweet tooth and like cookies and the Easter candy we gave him. I will truly miss Doug when I go...
