What a wonderful dad! What a wonderful husband! What a wonderful Christian man! As I teach at JECHS, I am rememinded of the hours of love and sweat that Doug and you both put in to make this a great school. Dear Freddie and Sarah,
I am soo very sorry to hear about Doug. He was such a special man to me and my family. No matter how busy he was, he always made the extra effort to come and visit me at work when he was in Trail. Out of the blue I would look out my office door and there he would be - smiling at me. I saw him just a few months ago when he was in town. He has always held a very special place in my heart - he was there for me and my family when my dad died, then when my nona died...
