Not sure what to say?

I'm so saddened to hear of your loss. Doug was a fantastic man and a patriot. I have many happy and blessed memories of him and his music. Your wonderful family will deeply grieve this loss, but may God grant you the grace of wonderful memories and his own loving presence during this time. With my love for you all, Chris. Deo Vendice.

I am glad that I gotten to know Douglas my cousin ,my prayers are with yall and the family.

Our deepest sympathy in your tragic loss. I know your grief is unspeakably painful, for I have lost a son myself. All our family wishes you peace and comfort, and our prayers today will be that God will grant you that in his perfect time.

To Randy and the Burbage Family, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Doug. I knew him when he was just a little boy and I'm sorry to have to read about his passing. He grew into a fine man, and a loving husband and father. Please know my prayers are with you.

Condolences and prayers for the family.

Randy & Family: Deepest condolences from myself, and on behalf of Litchfield Camp #132 on Doug's passing. May God richly bless your family during this time of mourning and great loss.

Randy, I´m so sorry for your loss. I pray our Lord will give you peace and strength during this time. You will see Doug again and he will be well then. God bless you and your family.

My heart hurts that you are no longer here sweet Doug. We shared a one-of-a-kind young love story that began at the Gettysburg re-enactment snowball stand 28 years ago. We may have lost touch for little while, but I am so thankful we reconnected (thanks Kimberly) about 6 years ago and kept in touch since. While we won´t get to have the reunion here in earth we wrote about all those years ago, I know we will one day in heaven. My heart goes out to your sons, your family, and your many friends.

To Brian and family, Our thoughts and prayers go out to you during this time of loss.
