Not sure what to say?

I´m so sorry to hear this news. I played Rugby at Lehigh with Doug. This news was forwarded to me by another Rugby teammate of ours at Lehigh. To me, Doug always lived life to the beat of his own drum which was a gift and something that I admired greatly about him. We spent plenty of Rugby trips together and he was always a pleasure to be around. Rest In Peace old friend and Teammate. I wish we could have connected again.

Doug was a very intelligent executive, who also had a real heart. I have made a memorial page for him on Family Search, a free family history site, and saved my story there with his name. I'm sorry for your loss, but grateful to have known him. https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/memories/GZ1H-5CQ

Luanne, Julian and Quinn my condolences on your loss. Doug was a colleague, a friend and confidant. Brought to the work place the rare trifecta of blinding insight, a deep human consideration and a lightness of spirit that made you want to be around him. He will be missed and remembered.

He often talked about his wife, whom I met last summer... he...

I am shocked and saddened to learn of Doug's passing. To Luanne and your sons, Julian and Quinn, accept my deepest and sincerest condolences during this time of great loss. But also take heart in knowing that you had the best husband, father, and friend who lived his life well and left you all with so many loving memories that I'm confident will sustain and strengthen you now and for the rest of your lives. May Doug rest in power and may your hearts, although broken now, be healed each day.

On behalf of the Pinnie Family our deepest condolences to Luanne, Julian and Quinn, the Butler Family and Doug’s friends. We were very sorry to hear of his passing.

May the God of all comfort sustain you through this period of sorrow.
