Douglas Luther Carter, 74, of Dudley passed away at UNC Wayne Health Care on Saturday, May 23, 2020. He was born August 5, 1945 to the late Luther Tapp Carter and Virset Mooring Carter. He was also preceded in death by a brother, David Albert Carter and a sister Betty Jean Artis.
