The course of a lifetime seems to go by in a flash. I recall and reminisce so clearly visiting with Doug and Gail at their farm in Canton back in the late 60's. I was probably 13, had just learned to play the guitar, and would play and Gail would sing to Susan and Pam. I don't think Dougie or Sally had arrive yet. Doug would make home made ice cream. There was a horse named Nugget and a goat. There was a total feeling of HOME. That feeling was always there whenever I visited - more frequent...

Sorry to hear about the loss of your father, grandfather. He was a gently giant who had a heart of gold. Always treated other people's good no matter the color of their skin. Always willing to lend a helping hand and made you feel welcome. I am going to miss his smile and his jokes. Rest in peace my friend.

Not a single 4th of July goes by without me thinking of the fantastic bashes thrown by the Clements. My heartfelt condolences . Your Dad was a warm and loving man who adored his wife, children and grandchildren
