The Coleman Family: Remembering Doug and those Closest to him. My Thoughts , Sincerely: Joe Mckay

So sorry to hear about Doug's passing. I enjoyed many conversation's about history. RIP Doug.

I am so sad to hear of Doug's passing. He and I met in 8th grade at Jenney F Snapp Jr. High, then on to UE High and were friends for many years thereafter. I remember snorkel diving with him at his families Quaker Lake cottage, the UE football games we'd go to, him trying to teach me guitar on a guitar he gave me and still have. I never had the pleasure or honor of meeting Doug, but I wish I had. Your video had me laughing, smiling and crying at the same time. What a wonderful man you were all blessed to have in your lives. My heart was so touched by your tribute. Thank you for sharing those memories. Youre a beautiful family. My deepest condolences with much love are with you all in this sad time. May you be comforted every day. Sincerely, Cheri

My Heartfelt Condolences to Ken, Keith, and Doug's family at this very sad time.
Many will miss him. Rest In Peace my friend.

Our sincere condolences to the the Coleman Family on the loss of Doug. So many generous acts in his lifetime, a great loss to his community, friends and family.

Doug had a quiet way, a knowing way, about himself that was calming. I think he helped many families in need more than they appreciated. I just wish that I could tell this to him in person. My condolences to the Coleman family. Know that his legacy of goodwill lives on in ways that are not easy to define and...
