Doug was one of the best kids that I grew up with and it was always a pleasure seeing him when I came back home to visit. My deepest sympathy to LaRae and family.

My memories of Doug are as a very nice,responsible,snd smiling friend going back to grade school.My mother,Lyvonne Viland used to do Doug's mother's hair.My sympathy to your family.Tom Viland MCHS-'66

I will always remember Doug as a funny, happy and giddy person. One of the nicest people I've met.

Our thoughts and prayers are with LaRae, Doug Jr. and the entire family during this difficult time. Doug will continue to be admired, respected and loved for the way he lived his life. Doug was one of the good ones. I have a lot of great high school memories of him (MCHS Class of 1966). My sympathy to LaRae and the family.
