Not sure what to say?

Doug was our son´s teacher and our neighbor at our lake place. He was instrumental on so many levels making our world a better place. At the lake, he was a dependable steward of the fragile environment. In the classroom, a supporter and encourager- honoring each individual student. As a citizen, a strong advocate for goodness and righteousness. Our world was better because of his presence and our hearts are full of love for this Christian warrior. Rest in peace.

Doug was a very special friend because of our shared faith in Jesus. We were both teaching at Woodbrook Jr.High back in the day and he was such a good guy on so many levels. Love and condolences to the family. Judy Smedley

God bless Doug Cowan and his family. He gave so much to so many.
