Uncle Doug was always there for me no matter what. I have been blessed to be his daughter he didn't have and he was another father figure for me. He was at every softball game and every dance recital. We went to the movies, beach, festivals, spent holidays together, etc.. He will forever be in my heart. I love you so very much Uncle Doug.

I loved my brother very much. He was in a lot of pain these past few years from a back injury he had long ago. But no matter how bad it was Doug was always cheerful and never complained. Even when I spoke to him on our birthday I could tell he wasn't feeling well, but he never mentioned it. I will miss him very much.
