We are sitting having a toast to Doug as the Coho ferry passes the restaurant window. Doug traveled with me and his other Coho Ferry travel buddies for years. He always had a sparkle in his eye and never complained. He was warm and loved those around him. He.called me days before he died but said nothing of his poor health, no complaints. Just a positive outlook as he moved forward. Your ferry friends say goodbye.

Doug, we are going to miss you so much. I have to believe that you are in peace and so incredibly happy now that the aches and pains are gone from your body.

So sorry to hear of Doug's passing. I was a receptionist with BC TEL at the Lougheed office. Doug was a gentleman. His secretary Madeline and I have become great friends.
May he rest in peace, his work has been well done on earth.
