Rest in peace my friend.I will remember, all the workouts with you at larry Pacific's gym, back in 1988 and 1989.May you continue to take flight with the wind behind you,the creator at your side.Do a dumbell curl for me. Steve Cox

Doug Had Some Health Problems & Was Trying To Get Back In Shape. He Had To Walk With A Cane. I Told Him To Take It Slow. Walk Some. Then Walk A Little More The Next Day. I Had Played Football & Wrestled With Him In School. He Was Trying To Get Back In Top Physical Shape. He Just Over Excerted Himself. He Was Obsessed With Getting Back Into Top Physical Shape.

One Of My Best Friends. More Like A Brother Than A Friend. I Will Always Love You Doug.

I Spoke To Doug The Day Before He Passed Away. I Warned Him What Was Going To Happen. It Happened The Next Day. I Consider Doug To Be One Of My Brothers. I Have Been Losing To Many Of My Brothers Lately. I Love & Miss You Brother Doug.

Fun memories every summer on the Fair Valley swim team. I remember him pushing me in the pool before practice one cold summer morning! Always fun cheering each other on, hanging out between events, over nights as a team at FV. He was a great friend to me!

The days of playing football in the side yard. Going to the garden with you, Angie and your dad. The hours spent at Fair Valley.
