Not sure what to say?

I just found out today about Doug. I am so sad to hear about it and I wish I could have paid my respects. I will always remember Doug as he was in the old neighborhood in the Highlands. You all will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Joey,
Our thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.

Stanley, Anglela, Tim, Patrick, Mrs Hays and families:
I am so sorry to hear about Doug. It is hard to believe someone who I remember smiling all the time growing up is gone. I loved our summers at the Knights of Columbus and what a fun house the house on Roanoke was! Mrs DeVore--you were one of the coolest Moms ever. I am fortunate enough to not know what you are going through but please know my thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Sorry to hear about Doug, my brother Ron told me about his passing and I was sorry to hear it. Doug and I managed basketball together at Trinity for a couple of years and if I remember he played in Trinity's pep band. Doug was full of life and I enjoyed his friendship. Be at peace Doug, Trinity never forgets!

Patrick, Diane, Anthony & Nicholas,
We just heard this evening about your loss. We are so sorry and would have been there with you this weekend if we had known. We wish you comfort and peace. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. The Hoerters - Chris, Angie, Janie, Stephen, Jacob and Amanda

Dougie, I'll forever remember the good times that we have had. I pray that the good Lord will always watch over you as your family in Louisville has. May you have the comfort that will allow you peace of heart, and mind in this your time in heaven.

Stan,
I did find out that Doug had died until Monday morning when I checked my work email and received a notice from Trinity about Doug's passing. Doug and I plus a lot of others had great times while attending Trinity. He worked at my church's picnic a few years ago. I have not seen him much since that time but I will all ways cherish his friendship. My family and I will keep your Family and Doug in our prayers. I am really sorry I was not able to get to the funeral home Sunday. Doug was...

I am so sorry for your loss. Your family is in my prayers.

Bob & Angela, Stan & Sherri--My condolences to you and your family. I know the past few years have been sad for Doug and the family, but doesn't make his passing any easier. He was a great guy! May you be comforted by knowing he is at peace and free of pain with God. My prayers are with you.
