Douglas J. Dove M.D.

One never forgets a man like Dr Dove. He cared for others and used the gifts God Gave him to do his best which was outstanding. I pray he past his heart and his legacy to his family to carry the torch for being an outstanding human in a sad world. He spread light where ever he went ! We loved Dr Dove,he will be missed..

Dr. Dove was there for us during a scary time with our daughter, showing up at the ER before she was even his patient. When things didn´t get better, he sent us to SLCH and had someone waiting for us when we got there. He took such good care of us, going above and beyond, as I´m sure he did for all his patients. Wonderful man!

I worked with Doug for several years. Many people do electrodiagnostic studies but a minority do them well. Doug was outstanding in that minority. His office was down the hall from me and whenever I called he always said, "send them down". Never once did he tell me he was too busy and there were many times. Patient care was his priority.

Dr. Dove was a wonderful man and an awesome physician. He treated me for several years and always put his patients first. RIP Dr. Dove.

In 1996 I was a patient of Dr Dove´s and had to have testing to determine why my back was so painful. I was touched by his kindness and compassion as he was performing the tests. He was just a really nice Dr and my sympathy goes out to his family.

My deepest condolences to the family and friends from a long time friend who worked near Dr. Dove at DMH for all of those 30 years. He was an exceptional person and physician! Wayne Longwill
