Mr. Douglas L. Draffen

Douglas L. (Ootbeer) Draffen, age 64, of Benton, KY, died Saturday, January 7, 2012, at his residence in Benton, KY. Draffen was a chemical operator at Air Products and was a member of Hardin Baptist Church. He was the son of the late Weldon P. Draffen and the late Martha (Cox) Draffen. He was also preceded in death by two sisters Jonda Gale Story and Jennie Lynn. He is survived by one daughter Jennie Hughes of West Paducah, KY and one grandchild. Arrangements are being handled by Collier Funeral Home, P.O. Box 492, Benton, KY where the family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Tuesday, January 10, 2012. Graveside funeral services will be at Briensburg Cemetery at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 10, 2012, with Rev. Ricky Cunningham officiating. Interment will be at Briensburg Cemetery, Benton, KY.
