Doug was a great friend and colleague to me for decades. He was a great husband to his wife and father to his 3 children. He is missed every day. May he rest in peace.

Doug was a great husband, a great father and a great friend to me and many others. I miss his friendship and our mutual passion for sports. I am glad to be part of Friends of Doug Duchak to honor his memory each and everyday.

Doug is missed everyday by his wonderful family and friends. His smile, sense of humor, love for his family and of course, his passion for sports was his hallmark. He was one of a very few people to always call me "Denny" which i always felt endearing. I love him and miss him. Proud to support Friends of Doug Duchah

Words cannot adequately express my deepest sympathy to the entire family. Doug is the reason I am still fighting today. Without his love and guidance, I truly do not know where I would be today. Merri and the rest of the family will always be in my prayers. Doug will continue to take care of you because that is what he did.....always. He was one of the most honorable men I have ever known and he will always be my cousin. Love you always.

My sincere sympathies to Doug's family. He had many friends, some of whom were from the Healthcare industry. I was one of many to consider Doug a respected friend and associate. He will be sorely missed.

Doug was one of the best. He was a good friend for more than 30 years. Our relationship began as professional colleagues in the healthcare industry, but we grew very close over the past 15 years as our sons were teammates and classmates and Saint Joseph Regional High School where we both served on the Board of Trustees.
