Not sure what to say?

I was deeply shocked and saddened to hear of Doug's passing last week. Doug and I go back to 1961, when we moved to Florida. Doug was a loyal friend and surfing buddy in high school, and though we had lost touch in later years, I always was heartened to hear of his many successes in business and family life. This is a terrible lesson in "Well, I'll call him next week." My profound condolences to his family; Gail, Anne and Erik, and Joan and Andy. God's peace and comfort be upon you.

Gail and Family. My thoughts are with you at this time. Many great memories to be cherished.

Gail, I want to give my condolences and very best wishes for you and your family!

Gail, Anne& Erik,
I just read of Doug's passing and wanted to say how sorry I am to hear this. Doug was always great support to us during the whole "Rabbit" experience. If there is anything our family can do please let us know. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family during this sad time. Bryan

Dear Gail, Anne, and Erik,

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Your family has always held a special place in our hearts. We will always remember those fun back-yard pool parties and Doug placing his numbers at the "Superbowl" parties. We are one community and if there is anything we can do for you, please let us know.

Dear Gail, Anne and Erik:
We were saddened to learn of Doug's passing and pray for the comfort and peace of God to be with you at this time of bereavement. Though we have just returned to the community after nearly 20 years in northern California, we have known Doug since 1975 and always made it a point to stop by to see him at Screaming Eagle when we were down for a visit. He was a humble, generous and caring man who contributed much to the community as well as to aviation. We will miss...

Gail, Anne & Erik,
I am so sorry for your loss. My husband, Sam, and I saw Doug at the Air Fair and he seemed so full of life and looked so happy. Gail, if there is anything I can do for you please don't hesitate to ask.
My Prayers are with you.
