Not sure what to say?

Please accept this delayed post. In 1971-72 I was a senior in high school in Durand Michigan. I and my friend Sally signed up and received metal bracelets to wear to remember a military person who was either MIA/POW. I received Douglas Ferguson and for several years I prayed for him daily. My life went on and occasionally I would think of him and pray for him. (My brother was in Vietnam USN, my cousin 3 purple heart Marine) Several years ago my husband and I visited the Vietnam Memorial in DC...

Welcome home Sgt. Ferguson.
Sue , congratulations on your perseverance.
God bless you,
Doris Guillet Maitland

Welcome home Capt Ferguson. RIP. Thank you Sue for all you have done for the POW/MIA issue

SUE, GOD has answered your prayers after all these years, I know how happy and relieved you and your extended family must feel. Thanks for your many many years on this issue. See ya in June, I remain respectfully, Ron Miller

Dear Sue,
Your commitment to finding your brother was an inspiration to all who knew you. I am delighted that your perseverance brought him home where he can be honored for his sacrifice and that you can finally have peace. I think of you often and remember how kind you were when we visited St. Louis.
Delta love, Nancy Skinner Willis

With a father that was a pilot in the Air Force during Vietnam, I am happy for Douglas Ferguson, his family, and friends that they finally have a chance to properly say goodbye to one who gave his life defending his country. Its to people, such as Captain Ferguson, that we owe our freedom to. You are never forgotten.

Welcome home Doug. We appreciate the ultimate sacrifice you and your family made. Thinking of you Sue and remembering Doug as we knew him growing up through our school years in Tacoma.

Welcome Home, Capt Ferguson.
