Doug Foster will be missed not only by his family but all of his 4th Infantry Division buddies he came in contact with during his Military Career. He did a fantastic job as President of the 4th Infantry Division, Lehigh Valley Chapter. I was hoping to see him again, but did not know how sick he was. I plan to be at both Services. "Steadfast and Loyal" Doug Foster, 4th Division motto.
