Having spent over 50 years on this earth, I can state without hesitation that Doug was truly a rare man. Having ministered with Doug for years I witnessed the sweet Spirit of Jesus Christ touch and transform lives through Doug. Regardless of how difficult or horrible the circumstance a man would find himself in, Doug ALWAYS said the most loving of words to that man.
