Just a Thank You, Dr. Gant delivered my babies...he was a awesome doctor .

Dr Gant was a great guy. He went to bat for me when another dr refused to do anything when my son was in danger during labor. He went on to help in delivering my youngest son via c-section. He was a funny guy. I remember before I was out he said "Oh, so should we start now?" Knowing that I was still awake and looking up at him. He laughed when I said, "NO!" lol. I'm so sorry to find his obituary. I've always had good memories of him.

Doug was my last living cousin.i remember him, Stephan and delane fondly, even though we weren't really close. My mother was elfrieda , Doug called her fretsister to Gertrude and Maria. It is so sad everyone is gone. I hope Colleen is doing well

Dr. Gant was so special to my family. He not only delivered myself and two younger sisters, but he also delivered my twins when I was pregnant. He gave us all life! He wasn't just our family doctor, he was a family friend. He had such whit and a tell it like it is personality, he always made me feel at ease when in his presence. I'm saddened to just now learn of his passing and my condolences go out to his family. He was a top notch man, and he will be greatly missed. Prayers to his wife and...

Dear Colleen and Family,
Nick and I are deeply saddened and shocked about the untimely loss of Doug.
Nick started practice at the Puyallup Clinic in July 1975, Doug can shortly after that. Doug was there
when our youngest daughter was born and again when her oldest son was born. We do feel a family-like
connection and now a great loss. I'll always remember his cheerful countenance and smiling face.

Nick and offer condolences to Colleen for the immense...

Colleen, I was so sad to hear about Dr Gant's death. He was such a fixture in my department at Good Sam. We worked together over the years and I enjoyed his humor, dedication, and loyalty to his patients. They always came first. I can still hear his greeting when he called..."Douglas Gant here!" He will be sorely missed. My son was a friend of your daughters at Bellarmine, and he extends his sympathies as well.
