Mr Doug was looked upon by many, especially those of us that were new to the banking industry. Doug provided leadership not only in his bank but all of us in the industry. A man that knew his community and did his fair share plus to make it better for all. Later in life I got to play golf with him, sit with him in various community meetings, political, civic included. A TRUE BLESSING and an HONOR to call him FRIEND & mentor. RIP MY FRIEND-May GOD continue to BLESS YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS
