Not sure what to say?

Doug, thanks for being a political mentor for me and for all of the advise you have me over the years, you are truly missed

Dear Martha,

I am terribly sorry over the loss of your dear husband Douglas. May I extend to you my sincere sympathy. He was a giant of a man, one of whom you must be very proud.

May your memories of hime sustain you in the days to come. He was an extrordinary man. He will be greatly missed.

Mr. Head was an inpirational leader for those of us who had the good fortune to work for him under the auspices of Acorn Mini Storage.

My brother George Thiss was a close friend who died quite unexpectedly in 1983. He had planned to work with Doug on the development of Calhoun Square. I came to share your grief and to celebrate the lives these two had together.

We have a big hole in our lives. Uncle Doug was so smart, so much fun, so loving, so strong...so many things. He lived with integrity and leaves a wonderful legacy. Let us know if we can do anything for you all.
Our our love to you, Martha, M.E., Chris and Ginny.

Dear Martha and Family,
Doug was a quiet giant in his many fields of endeavor. He had the wisdom of Soloman. His friends and family all turned to Doug for guidance. His leadership and mentoring showed the path for many people. We are proud to be his friends for over 50 years.
Love, Wyatt and Nancy

Martha and family,
It was a privilege for me to work for Doug at the TC&W RR. May he rest in peace.

Every memory I have of Mr. Head is of him smiling and and cleverly quipping. He surely was a great man and will be missed by those who knew him best and those who were blessed enough to be graced by his spirit.
