I will greatly miss, and always treasure, my time with Doug. We talked for hours, never running out of things to talk about. Doug became my dad in 2003, and truly loved my mom. He was witty, intelligent, and loving. We laughed and cried together. I loved him so much and my life is better because he was such a huge part of it.

Doug was a great guy! I will miss all the great talks we had of his interesting projects, Benton Harbor, Whirlpool, and the way he always took an interest in the homes I built in Naples. He will surely be missed around here.
