My name is Keith R. Hemmings I am Doug' s cousin [My Father was Doug's father brother and Doug's Uncle ,Ransford } we lived in East Rockaway on Long Island N.Y. I am so very sorry to hear of Doug's passing. He was my supervisor when I was an AmeriCorps member with the Vermont Anti-Hunger Corps. He was a great leader: kind, caring and hilarious. I will miss his infectious smile and laugh. Thinking of his loved ones.
