Douglas Nobuo Ishii

My sincere condolences to the family of Dr. Douglas Ishii. I was the Fiscal Officer of the College he joined during his time at Colorado State. We had periodic contact in which he was learning about university financial practices. He was quiet, friendly, respectful, intelligent and inquisitive.
