Not sure what to say?

Doug and I studied Greek together at Cornell. We would meet periodically to review material for our Greek Lyric class taught by Gordon Kirkwood. These hours are among the fondest memories of my life.

Doug was a dedicated and talented teacher who loved his job; he was a caring colleague and will not be forgotten.

Honey, it's been two years and I still ache to feel your arm around me or holding my hand as we walked. The Tigers are not doing well, but I watch them and remain a fan and wish you were with me to cheer them on. Patrick is getting married next September and we will miss your smile as he celebrates his new life. He's still on track for his doctorate and you would be so proud of him. Gillian and Harold bought a house in Erie last year, and I am moving into my new house this Saturday--the two...

Dear Mrs. Julius,
Mr. Julius was my Latin teacher last year at Pioneer and he was such a great teacher and mentor. He taught me so much and always made me feel so comfortable in his class. I had the privilege of going on the Latin Trip with you both last spring break and it was one of the best weeks of my life. I've been thinking about it a lot recently and will never forget Mr. Julius's enthusiasm when telling me the history of Pompeii and when I walked with him at Delphi. I feel very...

Mr. Julius was a teacher of mine at Huron High School and I truly enjoyed him and his class. He was a very, very kind man. He taught me everything I know about Vietnam. Thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.

Dear Mrs. Julius,

I am so sorry for your loss. Mr. Julius taught me Latin last year at Pioneer. Mr. Julius was an incredible Latin teacher and one of the kindest person I had met. He was the teacher who got me interested in Latin. He will surely be missed.

Mr. Julius was such a kind, humble, and generous soul. I feel so privileged to have gotten to know him over this last year, and he is in my thoughts every day as I study Latin. Mrs. Julius, my heart is with you. I will always be grateful to both of you for the kindness you showed me. The world has lost a truly good man.

My favorite English Teacher. He was the one that got me interested in writing. I wish him luck in his journey into the unknown

Mr. Julius was my absolute favorite Latin teacher in high school. I will forever remember his passion, wisdom, kindness and humor.
