Douglas, we are all hurting in the worst possible way. I think I just took for granted the fact that we live so close & both worked in Bklyn that I could always see you or hear your Dougie La voice... Big mistake... You are painfully missed. What I can say is Vienna & your four amazing girls will always be watched over & taken care of by all your bro's you tragically left behind. Please no worries my brother. Your smile your laughter & your windmills @ parties will be painfully missed...

It's hard at first, the tears just seem to never go away, and you will think of him everyday, you see something that he would have liked or been interested in, constant reminders will surround you. I'm not saying it's easy, it the hardest thing we all can go through. One day the smile will shine through the tears, the thoughts will go from sad to happy, when you think about him you will feel a little warmth around you, just smile, it's just a little reminder, that he's always in your heart......
