Douglas G. Lyman

Was unaware of this! Doug was my friend and co worker at GD Electronics in the 70's and early 80's. He taught me a lot as a young man and I appreciated his wisdom, kindness and friendship. RIP my friend.

There are memories of work and pleasure that Doug and I shared while working on the Atlas Missle project at Edwards Rocket base for Convair Astronautics, Test Stand 1-A during the fifties.

We also shared happy and stressful times working in the Manufacturing Engineering department on several programs with the Electronics Division of General Dynamics during the eighties and nineties.
