Not sure what to say?

Dear Maki Family,

I'm sorry to hear that your dad passed away, he was such a sweet pleasant man.

Dear Karen and family,
I was so lucky to have met your amazing dad. Sorry I never had the chance to go fishing with him. I'm sure there would be lots of laughter and wisdom.
Thinking of you, and thinking of Shimmy, as we all do, and wishing you peace and sweet thoughts.
Eternal be his memory, and may he rest in eternal peace.

Eileen and Doug,
So sorry to read of the passing of your dad.
Cherish all your wonderful memories of happier times.

Our deepest sympathy,
Rita and Bill Gerardi

Mr. Maki was our #1 cheer leader. He loved watching our softball games. He was such a sweet man and will be truly missed.

To the Maki family my deepest condolences I worked with Doug from 1980-2000 at CL&P. Doug was always a great guy and a great person to work with. My wife about a couple of months ago asked about Doug she remembered him as well. Please know that we are keeping your family in our prayers. Odell and Nancy Hurdle

Fond memories of him on Midland Ave. The generation produced the greatest fathers. Condolences to everyone for such a huge loss.

Dear June and family, thinking of you at this time. We should all be so lucky to have had such a long and full life. God Bless.

I worked with Doug in the early seventies at HELCO. I always remember him smoking Munimaker cigars and talking about upper Michigan. Truly a fine gentleman rest in peace Doug.

A truly great man have left us . Deepest condolences to the entire family .
