Not sure what to say?

I'm sorry to hear of Doug's passing. I first met him and Dinah while they were performing with their Rock n Roll band in Evansville, IN. I was a student then at St. Meinrad College, '79 - '80. I was most impressed with Doug's generosity and hospitality. He invited me to his house on the hill many times and to tag along with his band (some fantastic gigs). I remember Doug's tasty turtle soup. I miss those days. Doug must be just warming up strumming away "Stairway to Heaven"
David Lopez

Doug was a great friend to have had, as well as a business associate. Ive never felt anything but admiration for Doug the way he loved his family and friends. He was always there for both. Ready to listen, help solve a problem, or maybe even drown the problems with a drink. I had the pleasure on my birthdays of always a call from Doug, as we would share memories and thoughts. Goodbye Dear friend. Randy (Red) Skelton

doug was a good friend for many years, my sincere sympathy to the family, he will be missed! his memory will always bring a smile!

We are very sad with the passing of our brother. We had the very best of times together and we will never forget. You had a special gift from God that shined for all to see and you will be like family for eternity. Kevin, Brian, Mark, Joe and Chris.

So many good memories of Doug. Now such a strong feeling of loss. He was a great friend and business partner. He always had a positive attitude and made me laugh so many times from his endless supply of jokes.
We will all miss him.

Donna,Don,Stephanie,and the Marrs family~
We are so sorry for your great loss. Take comfort in all the wonderful memories you shared with Doug. You all are in our thoughts and prayers.

Lani and I were both saddened by Doug's passing. Doug was a good guy. We lived on the same street when we were kids. I remember listening to his band practice in his parents' garage.
